Without ever making a sale, Double A Electric has my business for life! I was having issues with the outlets in my kitchen. Every time I plugged an item into an outlet, it would blow sparks. I called around, and every place I called wanted to charge a separate diagnostic fee, in addition to any work that would need to be done. Everyone, that is, except for Double A Electric. First of all, Todd promptly returned my call. Then, he asked me to explain the problem I was having over the phone. He diagnosed it right then and there, without charging me a dime. Unfortunately for Todd, his diagnosis solved the issue without the need for his services. Let that sink in for a moment. When any other electrician would have charged me 115.00 just to diagnose it, Todd did it for free, and he was so honest, that it actually cost him the initial business. Todd is the perfect electrician - he actually answers his phone unlike most of the electricians I have tried to reach; he is punctual, arriving when he says he will; and most importantly, he really knows what he's doing! He just finished several repairs/replacements at our home. Everything now works and we are more than satisfied! I highly recommend him.
